We are often asked if our lab bottles or screw cap test tubes are "air-tight". For these items to be air-tight they require a perfect seal around the top of the bottle or tube and the screw cap lid. A simple solution to creating an air-tight bottle or tube would be to seal the top with PARAFILM and then screw the lid down over the PARAFILM.
